Coach’s Blog January 2012

When I test a gymnast I always try to place them where they will find the most long term success. I place girls in the USAG team, developmental class and pre-teams. Either way I get the opportunity to watch the girl grow which is one of my favorite parts of the job. Having said that, my goal as a coach is to; “build a strong, flexible, confident gymnast, through discipline, guidance and encouragement".  So I welcome the New Year with its ups and downs, struggles and triumphs. I also want to wish the USAG Pre-op girls good luck on their upcoming season.
