Girls USAG Prep-Op Team

The USAG Prep-Op Team is a recreational-competitive team that allows girls the opportunity to compete in low-pressure atmosphere. The committment level and financial obligation for this team is lower than the USAG Girl's Team, but still allows girls the chance to experience gymnastics from the competitive side. The Prep-Op team is a spring/summer league running from April to June. Most of the girls on this team enjoy the laided-back atmosphere, but also enjoy the quality coaching that allows them to learn proper gymnastics skills and progression.
